Emdym project is born from a high-school project at the IIA, located in Laval, France. A group composed of five students:
- Erwan le Huitouze,
- Mickael Gaillard,
- David Désille,
- Yoan Pintas,
- Magali Pannetier,
and with the help of François-Xavier Guidet a trainer from the institute and head of the company Factor FX. It found a lack in the tools area call center. Indeed the open source community has tools that she CRM / ERP to manage their customers, or switching tools Voix telephony over IP that she Asterisk. But no solution was able to provide a system that has faith the link between these 2 tools and integrating business rules.
